The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions and entrance to the exhibition hall
  • All Congress materials
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch

Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment by credit/debit card is required at the time of registration (VISA, Visa Debit, and MasterCard accepted).

Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Purchasing Cards or Maestro.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the congress organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the congress organisers by emailing

Delegate Cancellation

Cancellations before February 5, 2024, receive a refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds for cancellations after this date.


Substitutions are allowed at any time but may not be reflected in the Book of Abstracts after February 15, 2024.

Ensure your passport is valid for travel; check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 or 6 months from the date of return.

VISA Applications and Letter of Invitation from the Organising Secretariat

If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.

If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be emailed after the conference upon completion of a feedback survey.


By no means shall ICISB 2024 or In Conference ltd be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the conference and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the congress.

This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the conference programme, for reasons not attributable to ICISB or In Conference ltd. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.

Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve ICISB 2024 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate enroute to and from the congress.
